A Google search shows they’ve been using phone calls too, not just spam: http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-605-413-4472 and http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-818-574-3970.
Spam from Link It Call Centers:
We previously contacted you via email in the hopes you might be interested in having Link It handle your inbound and outbound calls. I wanted to follow up, as we are hopeful there may be a fit with your firm and its clients for the types of services we have been providing.
